Magnesium plays a central role in cell function: it regulates over 350 enzymes in our body (enzymes are proteins and are needed for nearly all processes inside our cells). It is important for the production of energy and metabolism inside each cell. Conditions Caused By Magnesium Deficiency
Magnesium deficiency triggers or causes the following conditions:
- Anxiety and Panic attacks: Magnesium (Mg) normally keeps adrenal stress hormones under control.
- Asthma: Both histamine production and bronchial spasms increase with Mg deficiency.
- Blood clots: Mg has an important role to play in preventing blood clots and keeping the blood thin-much like aspirin but without the side effects.
- Bowel disease: Mg deficiency slows down the bowel causing constipation, which could lead to toxicity and mal-absorption of nutrients, as well as colitis.
- Cystitis: Bladder spasms are worsened by Mg deficiency.
- Depression: Serotonin, which elevates moods, is dependent on Mg. An Mg-deficient brain is also more susceptible to allergens, foreign substances that can cause symptoms similar to mental illness.

I have Restless Leg Syndrome. Will Miracle Magnesium help for this?
Drink the Miracle Magnesium Oil twice per day as indicated; spray your legs with the Miracle Magnesium Blue Spray twice per day (ideally after a warm bath or shower); replace all salt for cooking purposes with the Himalayan Pink Salt.
I also suffer from Restless Legs during the night, and it is no joke. I found that omitting salt, lemon juice, vinegar and foods containing msg from my food helps. I have just bought Miracle Magnesium Oil and Spray, will see how it goes.

I have a 2 – 3 year old daughter who has restless legs syndrome because of iron deficiency. She is on the multi vitamin Vidalyn plus Iron at the moment, and has minimal symptoms regarding the iron deficiency, but has started again after about 6 months with the restless legs again. Well i have bought my first bottle of The Miracle Oil, got mine from Dischem. I suffer from diabetes, have high blood pressure and get lower back pain often. My wife returned back from Cape Town just after Easter with 4 bottles of the Miricle oil and spray and the four of us in our family have been taking it since as prescribed. What a product!!! My son who is into running recently complained about shinsplints. Well after applying the spray, presto no more pain. I am 55 and for the last two months my index finger on my left hand started to lock like arthritis was setting in. Since taking the oil I am noticing major improvement. A wonder product for sure. Magnesium supplements have the potential to prevent some of the Warfarin from binding with this protein, meaning more than the expected dose of the drug remains active.
This potential tendency can thin your blood too much, which can make you bruise easily or bleed excessively and dangerously if you become injured.

My man het in 1997 ‘n driedubbele hartvat vervanging gehad en sukkel van 2003 met swak bloedsomloop in sy onderbene ‘n Spesialis het gesê hy sal albei bene verloor want hulle kan nie nog are vervang nie maar hy loop tot vandag toe maar hy kon byna nie slaap nie van pyn sodra hy gaal lê. Eighty subjects with chronic low back pain with a neuropathic component—meaning there is a sense of burning or coldness, “pins and needles,” numbness and/or itching—and undergoing physical therapy received anticonvulsants, antidepressants and simple analgesics. Half of the subjects also received a placebo, while the other half received intravenous magnesium for two weeks followed by oral magnesium for four weeks. The subjects reported pain intensity and the investigators assessed lumbar spine (lower back) range of motion.
The researchers found that pain intensity significantly decreased in the magnesium group from an average 7.5 at the beginning of the study to 4.7 after six months. The average values of lumbar spine range of motion significantly improved from the beginning of the study to the six-month follow-up evaluation.

Ek het ‘n KVO hartomleiding gehad, na die operasie het hulle agtergekom die aar in my linkerbeen is heeltemal geblok. Sonar Dopler is gedoen en gevind dat die aar van die enkel tot in die lies heeltemal toe is, erge DVT. Ek is op Warfarin pille wat net die bloed dun hou maar nie die probleem oplos om die aar oop te kry nie. My voete het op ‘n stadium verskriklik begin swel en die linkervoet het begin pers word van swak sikulasie. Die swelsel was so erg dat ek gesukkel het om skoene aan te trek. Aangesien ek ook diabeet is, het ek begin om Miracle Magnesium olie te gebruik. Twee weke na die daaglikse gebruik het die swelsel in my bene en voete baie minder geword. Die brand in my voete het ook afgeneem. My voete is nie meer so erg geswel nie en word by die dag beter. My suikervlak bly ook konstant. Ek gebruik nou Miracle Magnesium vir 4 maande en sien ‘n geweldige verandering. Ek het ook toestemming van my Kardioloog om die produk te gebruik.
